Faraja Rwanda enables youth and women to take actions that positively impact their lives. We achieve this through empowerment of youth and women to realise their potentials, make informed and impactful decisions which contribute to society development.
Faraja Rwanda supports youth and women to acquire the required knowledge, skills and attitudes to either gain paid employment in various employment agencies or self-employment and become employers or pursue higher learning.
Youth and women access finance through Voluntary Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs), linkages with Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs) for account opening, savings, soft loans, and financial literacy training.
Mentoring, Coaching, job matching, career orientation fair, talent detection, job fair, technical training and access to markets.
