Our approach is to give them the stage to play a key role in helping create the solutions that are necessary for a resilient and sustainable world in the 21st century basically creating green jobs for youth and women through an inclusive green economy and having youth and women as agents of climate change. To achieve this, we embark on the following activities: .Creation of green jobs and green economy .Sustainable farming practices .Environmental management practices including afforestation and reafforestation campaigns
